Creek RV Park was built in 2006, and opened up for business in December
2006 with 37 pull-thru sites and 9 back-in sites. We have nice level
sites to offer. All sites have 20/30/50 amp, water, sewer and cable.
We now have free WiFi available. Since opening for business, we have
added bathrooms/showers, a laundry room and a pavilion. We plan to
continue to make improvements, with our next project being the
construction of more back-in sites in a nice wooded area on the property
and will be near the creek. Our future plans include constructing a
few rental cabins. We are located in Fort Payne city limits, but we are in a quiet setting. We are nestled in the valley between Lookout Mountain and Sand Mountain. We are less than five minutes from I-59, close to good restaurants, Wal-Mart and other shopping places. There are plenty of things to see and do in the area, whether it be enjoying the many natural settings close by (Desoto State Park, Little River Canyon, Bucks Pocket State Park), or fishing (DeKalb Lake, Weiss Lake, or the Tennessee River), or antiquing/flea markets (Collinsville Trade Day, Mountain Top Flea Market, Myrtle Jane's Antiques, Big Mill Antique Mall, etc.), the Alabama Fan Club and Museum, Unclaimed Baggage. DeKalb Tourism Center is located 1 1/2 miles from us and the staff will be happy to let you know more about the few mentioned above, plus many others.
