Cancellation/Refund Policy
For short-term rentals, a 3-day notice is required for any cancellations to have the deposit refunded; with a 14-day notice required for holiday/special event reservations. ANY deposit is forfeited if within this notice period. No refunds will be given in the event of early departures, no-shows, or cancellations due to natural discomforts, weather, illness, changes in work schedules, or other uncontrollable events.
RVs/Tents: 72-hour advance notice is required for cancellations, with a $15 service fee. Deposits are forfeited if canceled within the notice period.
Holidays and Special Events: Requires a 14-day cancellation notice.
No Refunds: For early departures, no-shows, or cancellations due to natural discomforts, weather, illness, changes in work schedules, or other uncontrollable events.
Modifications: Subject to a $10 fee, depending on availability.
Monthly Stays: A 30-day notice is required for any cancellations or changes, with a penalty of 50% of the remaining contract value if the notice is less than 30 days. A prorated refund may be issued if the spot is rebooked, minus a processing fee.
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date
Cleanliness and Damage Policy
To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, we kindly request that cabins be left tidy upon departure. Please note the following:
Excessive Cleaning Fee: A fee of $200 will be charged for cabins/rooms left extremely unclean or with excessive garbage. This fee compensates for the additional cleaning required to restore the cabin to a welcoming state for the next guests.
Damage to Property: Any damages to the cabin/rooms, especially to electronic devices, will be assessed, and the guest responsible will be charged the cost of repair or replacement.
General Rules & Policies
Rules are strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.
PAYMENT: My 30-day camping payment is due on the due date the of each month. Late payments are subject to a $10 per day fee after a three-day grace period. No refunds. The rental term shall be on a day-to-day basis, which may be terminated at any time Wills Creek RV Park.
CREDIT CARD AUTO PAY AUTHORIZATION: I authorize Wills Creek RV Park to charge my Credit Card for any unpaid blance on my account.
RATE INCREASE: Campground agrees to supply me with written notification of any increase in rent at least 30 days prior to my next payment due
RULES: I agree to read and comply with all campground rules. Speed limit is 10mph. I can obtain an updated copy of the rules anytime in the campground office. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
GUESTS: Each site is for 2 adults & 2 children. If your overnight guests exceed this, an extra charge of $4 per adult and $2 per child per night will be charged or $60 per month per adult and $30 per month per child. You are responsible for your quest.
APPEARANCE: RVs must be washed every 180 days and well maintained. Heated water hoses are required in the winter. Ask management for approval on any other RV or RV Site questions.
SITE: No structures, porches, tarps, fences or appliance are allowed on your Site. Maximum of three outside potted plants on gravel only. My campsite shall always remain neat and orderly. Site will be inspected from time to time. It should be free of cigarette butts, garbage, and dog waste. If any of these are found, you will be charged a cleaning and damage fee.
PROHIBITED: No UTVs, ATVs, Four Wheelers, or Dirt Bikes allowed.
ELECTRICITY: Electricity is metered and not included in the monthly camping fee. Electricity charges will be billed monthly on your renewal date.
EXTRA VEHICLES: A boat, trailer, motorcycle, or any other vehicle beyond TWO per site are subject to a $50 per month storage fee. RV Park reserves the right to determine where extra vehicles are parked. No parking or driving on grass.
AUTHORIZED VEHICLES: The only RVs, vehicles, and occupants allowed to stay on Wills Creek RV Property are those listed in this agreement. Any changes must first be authorized by management.
SEWER: All RVs hooked to our sewer must utilize a sewer donut (sewer ring) or an airtight screw type connector.
MAIL: Wills Creek RV Park reserved its address and mail delivery for itself only. Guests that receive mail at Wills Creek RV Park address do so at their own risk. Wills Creek RV Park assumes no responsibility for mail delivery to any of its guests and shall not be held liable for any loss of any guest's mail.
LIABILITY: The use of Wills Creek RV Park's facilities is at the user's own risk. Wills Creek RV Park guests are responsible for their visitors. Wills Creek RV Park assumes no responsibility or liability for the safety and security of RV tenants/campers/visitors. Wills Creek RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage to RV tenants' or camping guests' property due to theft, vandalism, fire, any casualty, or act of God. Registered guests and all other users of this property expressly assume all risk of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance.
DISCLAIMER: Park provides its services, including but not limited to its sites, utilities, and amenities on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. By staying at or using Wills Creek RV Park's facilities, you agree to these terms and that under no circumstances will Wills Creek RV Park be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from your use of any part of the resort. This includes, but is no way limited to, loss or injury caused in whole or in part by our negligence or things beyond our control.
INDEMNIFICATION: RV tenant and/or camping guest shall indemnify and hold harmless Wills Creek RV Park, its officers, and employees from all claims, liability, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for injury to persons, loss of life, or damage to property arising out of the tenant's exercise of his rights hereunder.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: Wills Creek RV Park is private property. Wills Creek RV Park reserves the right to amend these rules without prior notice to residents or guests. Wills Creek RV Park, at its discretion, reserves the right to refuse entry on the resort to any person and to evict current guests without a refund. Wills Creek RV Park also reserves the right to refuse to accommodate current and returning guests that have violated our rules and regulations and /or have vacated the resort without paying all fees.
THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER 24 HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. EQUIPMENT IN USE IS TO AID IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST THIS BUSINESS.
Pet Policy:
Vaccinations: Wills Creek is dedicated to ensuring our guests and their pets' health and safety. As such, we have implemented a mandatory pet vaccination rule. All guests bringing pets must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations for each pet at the time of reservation. This policy helps us maintain a safe and hygienic environment for both our two-legged and four-legged guests.
Pet Limitation: To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests, Wills Creek limits the number of pets to two per campsite. This policy applies to all pets brought onto the campground premises. This limitation will help prevent overcrowding at sites, reduce the potential for incidents between pets, and maintain the tranquility of our campground environment. No aggressive pets are allowed.
Leashing: Outside the RV, pets MUST always be on a leash, held by the owner. No loose pets are allowed. Pet waste MUST be cleaned up immediately. No outside kennels, cages or fences. Do not walk your pet near anyone's site.
